Beyond valuation, Kevin offers deep, hands-on construction and development expertise. He built his first home at age 28 and has since been directly involved in the construction, renovation, or entitlement of more than 300 residential and commercial properties. His experience spans land subdivision, custom homes, condominium conversions, development entitlements, promissory note portfolios, and extensive residential rehabs. He has also completed all coursework and experience requirements for a general contractor’s license, giving him a level of construction knowledge that far exceeds that of most real-estate professionals. This perspective allows Kevin to identify physical risks, improvement opportunities, and cost realities that others often miss—and to clearly explain them to his clients.
From a transactional standpoint, Kevin has successfully represented buyers and sellers in hundreds of transactions totaling hundreds of millions of dollars in sales volume over the past 20+ years. He holds the Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) designation, reinforcing his disciplined, strategic approach to negotiations and his commitment to delivering tangible financial benefits for his clients.
