Heather has had a passion for real estate since she was a kid. She learned the lingo and fundamentals of the business as a receptionist at a real estate company, and then transferred to a company where she helped to process foreclosure transactions.

Heather then sat for her real estate license and passed on the first try, despite the tough California pass rate of only 40%.

Heather’s diverse real estate background is further enhanced by her credentials as a certified transaction coordinator. She is highly organized and skilled at handling the mountains of paperwork that accompany every transaction.

As a young professional, Heather especially enjoys working with first-time homebuyers to help them achieve their dreams of home ownership and get on the path to creating financial security through real estate investment. Her similar generational perspective helps her understand what other millennials are looking for in terms of lifestyle and home features. With her genuine warmth and enthusiasm for helping people, Heather goes above and beyond to take the stress out of a real estate transaction.

If Heather has a mantra in life, it is, “Work hard, play hard.” This mother of two is always on the go, at the beach, hiking, kayaking, and playing softball and soccer.

“Real estate is my passion,” she says. “I’m so fortunate to get to do something I love. I get to help people make their American Dream of buying a home come true. Nothing could be more incredible than that.”
